Boyer Rules
Neither the company nor its servants shall be held responsible for any loss or damage to, or theft of, property howsoever caused. Ticket holders are not entitled to make any claims against the company or any of its servants or agents in respect of any such loss, damage, theft or injury.
The company reserves the right to withdraw permits at its absolute discretion, in that event all fishing rights of the former permit holder shall immediately cease, and no refund of any monies paid shall be made.
Any member acting in an unsportsman like manner is liable to have their permit withdrawn.
Permits are NOT transferable.
No member to take up their swims prior to the season before Midday 30th April, on all still waters (except Harefield Lake).
An adult shall accompany all persons under the age of 16 years.
Permit holders may only fish on stillwaters from 1st May to 28th February (unless otherwise stated on the plans) rivers shall be from 16th June until 14th March.
Permit holders must carry their permit with them whilst on the company's property and be prepared to produce them on request from any bailiff or member, failure to produce a valid permit will result in them being asked to leave.
NO FIRES, BARBECUES, SWIMMING, BOATS (MODEL OR FULL SIZE), SHOOTING, GAFFS OR FIREWORKS. VANDALISM WILL RESULT IN A BAN.
In the event of anyone found in possession of an offensive weapon (gun, crossbow, knives etc) on the company's property POLICE ACTION WILL BE SOUGHT.
No more than 2 rods per angler may be used on each venue unless stated by Boyer Leisure Ltd.
Carp sacks are permitted during the hours of darkness. All fish caught must be returned to the water as soon it is practically possible, failure to do so will result in the loss of your permit. No more than one carp sack at any one time. Unhooking mats for carp and pike will be used at all times and at all venues, minimum size 3' X 1'6" or 90cm X 50cm. Keepnets are NOT allowed on any Boyer water with the exception of booked fishing competitions on Farlows Match Lake. Carp sacks are not permitted at Colnbrook West
No sale of baits or tackle permitted on any venues other than by Boyer Leisure Limited. No peanuts to be use as bait on any Boyer Leisure Limited venues.
Braided line allowed for marker floats/spods only.
Dogs are not permitted on any venue
Anglers are responsible for the removal of all litter found in their swims.
Transistor radios and personal stereos will only be allowed with ear phones, television sets will not be allowed.
No tackle or brolly camps to be left unattended for more than 4 (four) hours after which time they will be removed. No caravans/ caravanetts or tents larger than two (2) man unless authorised by the Tackle Shop in writing.
Night fishing is allowed on all venues. Shaded lights only. No fishing on the "Junior Pool" at Farlows Lake until further notice.
NO GROUNDBAITING at Farlows Lake, Bedfont Lake and Thorney Pool.
Random checks will be carried out by bailiffs (Boyer Leisure Ltd and E.A.) to ensure that permits, tickets, rod licences (E.A.), unhooking mats, keepnets and the taking of trout are in order.
No lead shot or ledger weights under ½oz. No stainless steel or bent hooks to be used. No lead core line. Nylon shock leaders only. In line leads must pass freely over the leader knots. No fixed lead rigs.
No fishing on rivers between 14th March and 15th June.
Boyer Leisure Limited reserves the right to add or alter any of the above rules in part or in full at any time.
