The top section of the River Colne which is situated above the A40M offers many features appealing to most river anglers such as a large reeded area and deep slow sections which are very good fish holding spots.
The lower section presents the angler with shallow runs as well as deeper runs the same as the top sections, over hanging trees, a small weir & weed beds which again make good holding spots.

Some good pike fishing is on offer along both stretches with fish present from jacks through the range to mid doubles.

The bankside and the car park area of the River Colne at the Anoopam Mission (above A40M) is out of bounds due to reasons beyond the control of Boyer Leisure Limited.

PARKING AND FISHING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED ON ANY AREA OF THIS BANKSIDE.
This includes the section inside the pedestrian gate at the side of the Anoopam Mission.
