Boyer Leisure
Welcome to the Boyer Leisure Ltd website for the 2012 – 2013 season.By clicking on the link here you can also download the entire 2012 – 2013 brochure in PDF form.To say that we have had a very busy twelve months would be an understatement.  From the feedback we have received it has also been a rewarding one……from an angler’s perspective!!

Farlows Lake record remains at ‘forty-two’ in the shape of the ‘Pretty One’. He has been caught at various locations during the season.

Farlows Lake is proud to again play host to the opening round of the British Carp Angling Championships which this year will take place over the weekend of 30th March to 1st April (incl).

The Match Lake at Farlows has had another record year and we are now receiving applications for the current season. We continue to transfer Silvers from the main lake and match bags containing double figure Bream and Tench are now becoming a regular occurrence.

This year there will be a limited number of permits available as the lake will be mainly available on Day Tickets.

Whilst the Tackle Shop is open for business ‘as usual’, the Lakeside Bar and Cafe are, sadly, no longer available to our anglers and their guests. The toilet and shower facilities are, however, still open.

Bedfont Lake has fished well with an increased membership benefitting both the lakes residents and the catch reports. Several ‘thirty pounders’ have been landed. The bailiff team continues to make a good job of keeping the place tidy despite its open location and the lake improves every season.

The Rodney Meadow complex is also home to Thorney Pool and Mayfields Lake.

Mayfields Lake has fished well over the past season and is still probably our best winter water and Thorney Pool has produced its first thirty pound Carp with several other fish close on its heels.

Rodney Meadow is now one of our most popular waters containing, at times, two fish over forty pounds with a fair head of thirty pluses and loads of twenties.

Colnbrook West is another very popular water and has fished well despite reports of several Carp over thirty.

Neighbouring Orlitts Lake has been going from strength to strength and there is a very strong rumour that the ‘scraper forty’ from a couple of seasons ago has been on the bank at over 45lb.

Orlitts is being restocked this year and work is still on-going at Little Orlitts which we hope to open in the 2013-2014 Season.

Stockley Lake has seen some nice weight gains from the fish stocked a few seasons ago. Network Rail has informed us of on-going works adjacent to the lake but assure us that it will have no impact on the fishing.

Harefield Lake can now boast three fish over forty pounds. We also have reports of ‘double-figure’ Bream being landed!

At Old Slade Lane Lake the same members return year after year – it’s a challenging lake but the rewards are great.

We would also like to thank all our Bailiffs for their help last season and we look forward to working with our 2012-2013 team of both ‘new and old’ faces.

On the permits page you will find that you are now able to download and print a permit application form which you can post along with two passport photos when applying for membership at any of our waters.

Sadly, Boyer Leisure will not be operating at Farlows Lake after 24th December 2012. We will keep anglers informed of any developments on this and our other venues via this website.

Tight Lines.
